Linda and Bruce’s Engagement Session in Torrance, California

Linda and Bruce are one of the five winning couples in our Free Wedding Package Giveaway. Since their wedding is coming up really fast, we had to shoot their engagement session right away.

What can I say about them? They were just cool! They were extremely friendly and they were not camera-shy at all. Their body language was vivid and playful, and they pulled off sexy and cute with much ease. During one of the shoots it was very cold and we could tell that Linda was freezing because the tip of her nose was turning red. She still managed to keep her smile as big as it could be and we were able to capture some gorgeous shots. We had an awesome time shooting their engagement session, and we only hope that Linda and Bruce had as much fun as we did!

Sheila and Andre at Manhattan Beach

Among weeks of extreme cold weather, the day of our shoot was very nice. We met up with Sheila and Andre at a park in Manhattan Beach for their portrait. Andre wanted to do a lot of things – checking out the birds by the pond, playing with the grass, hanging out at the playground… the least he wanted to do was to have his pictures taken! Luckily Sheila knew her baby well and was able to get Andre into the modeling mood soon enough! >:)

We have shot at the same park before, but this time we found a little garden with a little landscape which made for a different setting in the park. Here are some shots we had that day:

Thank you everyone for your overwhelming interest in our 2009 Free Wedding Package Giveaway. We were happy to have been considered by so many couples for their weddings, and we loved all of the stories that were submitted. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide free services to everyone, and after repeated thorough considerations of many factors, we picked out 6 couples to be the winners of our 2009 Free Wedding Package Giveaway.

The reason why we picked 6 couples instead of 5 as mentioned in the original announcement is because we were not able to arrange a meeting with one of the winning couples (Tiffany and Clifford) during our visit to the Bay Area this holiday season as it was cut short abruptly. To fill the vacant spot, we selected one more couple as the sixth winning couple of our giveaway.

The winning couples of our 2009 Free Wedding Package Giveaway are: Julie & Robert, Lauren & Aaron, Alexandra & Craig, Linda & Bruce, and Melissa & Mark.
